Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-05

Agreement

These terms, together with the Data Processing Agreement and any order form, govern use of Curelo by a care provider and its authorised users. By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

Curelo provides software to record and manage care. It is a tool to support — not replace — the professional judgement of care staff. The provider remains responsible for the care it delivers and for compliance with its regulatory obligations (including CQC requirements).

AI features provide decision-support only and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for a clinical decision.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep authentication credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication for privileged accounts.
  • Ensure only authorised, appropriately trained staff access resident data, and remove access promptly when staff leave.
  • Enter accurate information and use the service lawfully and in line with your own policies.
  • Maintain your own Data Security and Protection Toolkit and information-governance obligations as a care provider.

Availability, changes & liability

We aim for high availability and will give reasonable notice of material changes. The service is provided on the terms of the order form; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the order form, and we are not liable for the provider's care decisions.

Term & exit

Either party may terminate as set out in the order form. On termination we will, at the provider's choice and within a reasonable period, return the provider's data in a usable export format and then delete it, save where retention is required by law.
